Taters -n- Maters & Blackeyed Peas Cookbook

recipe for Pepper Relish:

12 Red sweet peppers

12 green sweet potatoes

6 hot peppers

15 small onions

6 apples or green maters

1 1/2 pts vinegar

2 cups sugah

1 tsp salt

Grind everything up in a food chopper... let set 1/2 hour then drain... ad salt, sugah n' vinegar... cook about 45 minutes... put in hot sterlized jars (6pts) n' seal.
