My laptop died a while back, it was a compaq. I do love compaq's but am not sure what kind I am going to get to replace it. My home pc unit is also a Compaq and other than getting the ThinkPoint virus here at Gather, it has been great. Luckily, my bro in law fixed it with only a system restore!
I'm pretty sure my husband is getting me one for Christmas. I have had many brands and it seemed of all of them, the Gateways & Compaqs lasted the longest. The Dells seemed okay at first, but they seemed to lag pretty bad after just a few weeks or so.
And I was just wandering what brand you have or do you think is the best?
