Bag it or Not?

What kind of experience, if any, have you had with cooking turkeys in a bag?


Do they really make the skin more rubbery? Does the bag really make the turkey cook in half the time? Or does it make the turkey more tender and juicy?


I've never cooked one in a bag before. And with all the hype, I'm starting to want to cook a dinner this week. I so wasn't going to as I posted here before. But if I do, I was thinking of cooking it in a bag this time. Should I?
