Check your Tires. Check the air pressure in your tires at least once a month.
Check the Oil. Have it checked according to the car's maintaince schedule.
Keep it Clean. Inside & out. Cleaning the inside will have great benenfits such as being able to breathe easier. Wash the outside: Especially in the winter, your car needs to be washed to remove any salty buildup that can damage the exterior.
Keep an eye on the temperature! Overheating is a major cause of engine damage. And it can be avoided in most cases. If your car overheats, immediately turn it off and have it taken in for repairs, if necessary.
Regular Checkups. Having a routine for regular checkup even when your car isn't acting up can be a money saver in the end. Spotting a bad issue can potentially be resolved before it gets out of hand.
