Yep, if you live in the heated areas or just never can get enough snow, don't worry. As I was doing a little bit of Christmas shopping online tonight at PrankPlace for the pranksters in my family and I came across this stuff called Magic Snow.
It is by Dr. Wacko's Mad Lab and they claim that it looks real and feels like the real deal. And that it is safe and non-toxic and is easy to make. You just add water apparently, and watch it change.
