Heard of it? I hadn't until I ran across a lil about it last night. It looks like a great, easy idea for people who live in apartments. Or if you just wanna try growing food in your window year round.

A window farm is basically a vertical growing system, indoors, made from recycling your very own water bottles. And you place it in your window and grow your own veggies year round.
There are a few different types to choose from to buy (one that even involves a pump system) or you can download free instructions on how to build your very own, costing around $30.00 for supplies.
I had read somewheres that strawberries, cherry tomatoes and peppers were great growers in the window farms. But I'm sure things such as lettuce would also do great.
I think I am going to be trying this. Is this something you would like to try?
