The ratings were off the hook! Approximately 1,149,000 households, or 1 percent of the estimated 114.9 million TV homes in the U.S. That is huge for one TV show! Let's put that number in perspective to other shows. The preliminary metered market numbers are in and they show that:
- Conan O'Brien's last show registered a 7.0 rating with a 16 share.
- “Late Show with David Letterman” who rated a 2.5 and 5 share.
- “Nightline” with 2.8 rating with a 6 share.
