Easy Pumpkin Pie

Small Sugar Pumpkins are one of the best types when

making a homemade pumpkin pie.

Beat 2 eggs

Add 1/4 tsp. allspice

3-4 cups brown sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. cloves

1-1/2 cups milk and

2 cups cooked pumpkin

Bake: for 10 minutes at 425*, then lower to 350* and continue to cook until custard is hot.

Did you know pumpkins has been looked at to cure aliments through the years. Including that people once thought pumpkins were the cure for freckles. lol.
